A Bit About Me

I spend my days helping homeowners make sense of home warranty terms, one furnace, faucet and fridge at a time.

Why I Do This Work

A plain look at how I got here

I started this because I kept watching neighbors stare at warranty paperwork with no idea what it actually promised. A dead water heater is stressful enough without guessing at the fine print on top of it.

So I set out to explain home warranty coverage the way I would to a friend at the kitchen table. I sort your equipment into systems and appliances, point out the terms that matter, and tell you plainly when something likely sits outside a plan.

You deserve to know where your house stands before anything breaks, not after.

What I Hold To

The habits behind every answer I give

Plain Words

I swap warranty jargon for everyday language, so you can read your own terms without a dictionary beside you.

Honest Limits

When a breakdown probably falls outside a plan, I say so early instead of letting you find out the hard way.

Your Pace

There is no pressure in how I work. You read, you ask, and you decide when or whether to sign up.

Curious Where Your House Stands?

Tell me about the equipment you lean on most and I will help you see how a plan might treat it.

People who want clear answers about their home

First Time Owners

New keys, new furnace, new questions. I help you learn what each system does and how a warranty looks at it.

Long Time Owners

Older equipment tends to wear in quiet ways. I help you spot which aging pieces deserve a closer look.

Duplex and Rental Owners

More units mean more appliances to track. I help you keep every kitchen and laundry setup straight.
